What B2 grammar covers

B2 grammar handles ideas, not just events. The subjunctive appears after il faut que, bien que and verbs of doubt or emotion — the level’s headline topic — alongside dont and lequel for tighter relative clauses. You learn to report what someone said with the tense shifts French requires, to move focus with the passive voice, and to ask questions inside statements (je me demande si …). Purpose clauses with pour que and afin que, the nuances of the conditionnel for politeness and hypothesis, and the faire causative (faire réparer quelque chose — having something done) complete the set. These are the structures that make written French and formal speech feel natural rather than translated.
